Having lived and travelled extensively in the Southern hemisphere where time elapses less apace than under our Northern climes, I invite clients to pause and explore at their own pace the here and now of the situation unfolding during the session.
In couples therapy, I am attentive to partners’ differences and specificities as I facilitate each client’s unveiling of his/her own unique ways of being as an individual and as a partner in the relationship.
As a visual artist, I value creativity and guide clients through creative exercises, situations and thinking as together we seek to identify the obstacles blocking the course of their daily lives.
Gestalt therapy leads to enhanced awareness in individuals and couples. As a Gestalt therapist, I facilitate clients’ personal growth, evolution and empowerment in their relations with others and their environment.
