One-on-One Coaching Therapy

Coaching, in the generic sense, supports an individual’s strategies aimed at reaching professional objectives, and as such has a limited duration. As a Gestalt therapist I am able to offer individual therapeutic coaching for men and women faced with challenging or trying situations in their workplace. In one-on-one therapeutic coaching sessions, the primary focus is on an individual’s relations to and with others in his/her professional environment, and not on the job itself, unlike in other forms of coaching.

Therapeutic coaching involves focusing on how you, as an individual, manage your range of emotions – anger, frustration, fear, shame, and so on – so as to better pinpoint those which may be preventing you from optimally and creatively adapting to your work environment.
